Instead of taking it to the guest bedroom, where I’d always gone on previous visits, I took it straight into Aunty B’s bedroom. I smiled to myself as I remembered the previous evening and looked across at Bar’s back in front of me as we lay like spoons close together on one side of the enormous Queen sized bed. XXNX ‘Morning you two horrors’ replied Bar starting to get out of bed. A couple of weekends later, one of my ‘housemates’ announced that his parents were visiting from the North of England and so I offered to go away for a couple of days and said I had no objections to them using my room to save hotel bills, (all three of us had double rooms in the house).
